Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Client Relations Analyst will manage inbound client calls regarding payments, policy changes, and service needs while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and resolve concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound client calls related to payments, cancellations, policy changes, and general service inquiries
- Maintain calm and friendly communication while multitasking across various systems and screens
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support revenue retention by addressing unmet needs
Required qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
- Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems
