Florida Licensed Client Service Representative

Job Summary

To support exceptional client service, the full-time Florida Licensed Client Service Representative will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a variety of financial inquiries, all while working remotely from within the state of Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to assist with account maintenance and resolve financial inquiries
• Lead with empathy to provide timely, accurate solutions and uncover client needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and crew experience

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
• Desire to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses
• Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
• Commitment to building a long-term career in client service
