Job Summary
Supporting the coordination of core renewal lifecycle processes, the full-time Florida Licensed Client Success Specialist will manage open enrollment, eligibility management, and compliance activities while ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on Stewardship Promises by owning assigned tasks and tracking progression within the Agency Management System
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for enrollment activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution
- Support compliance-related activities and assist with claims advocacy by coordinating with carriers and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
- 0-2+ years of employee benefits experience in a brokerage, carrier, or client service role
- Must obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses for the role and jurisdictions served
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with payroll/benefit technology systems
- Understanding of employee benefits processes and renewal workflows with continued skill development expected
