Job Summary
To ensure coordination and continuity of patient care for transplant patients, the part-time Florida Licensed Clinical Coordinator will assess patient health, communicate with physician staff, and implement nursing interventions based on established treatment protocols while working remotely during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and maintain organized support for healthcare professionals
- Assess and interpret patient health data to identify needs and potential complications
- Implement nursing interventions according to established treatment protocols
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited four-year baccalaureate program in nursing or equivalent experience
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse (RN) or Advanced/Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Florida
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, including 2 years in critical care or transplantation
- Knowledgeable in transplant immunology and clinical management of patients
- Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field preferred
