Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Dietitian, the full-time remote professional will provide nutritional services, including counseling and assessments for high-risk patients, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Educate the team on dietary guidelines to support health maintenance in older adults with chronic illnesses
- Obtain and evaluate nutrition histories, providing detailed education to patients and families regarding nutritional status and health maintenance
- Monitor patient adherence to nutrition therapy, adjusting as necessary and documenting responses in progress notes
Required qualifications
- Active Florida licensure as a Registered Dietitian; Georgia licensure is a plus
- Preferred membership in the American Dietetic Association
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult clinical dietetics, particularly with chronic illnesses
- Experience in virtual case management or care coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation
