Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Clinical Manager RN REMOTE Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver quality care services while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Supervise professional personnel and assist field staff in monitoring client needs
• Evaluate employee performance and coordinate the total Plan of Care with appropriate resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or a related field
• Two years of clinical experience in a home health agency within the last three years, or three years within the last five years
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
• Current and valid nursing license in good standing
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations is desired
