Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical MTM Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct up to 100 outbound MTM calls per day
- Complete comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs)
- Provide clinical consultation on statin use according to AHA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Florida Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 2-4 years of MTM experience (4 years preferred)
- Strong clinical background; retail-only experience will not be considered
- Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical terminology
