Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Oncology Nutritionist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional status and provide appropriate medical nutrition therapy and education
• Manage disease-specific nutrition plans and support patients through chemotherapy and its side effects
• Document assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record and collaborate with oncologists and clinic staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nutritional Services; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of nutrition experience and at least one (1) year in oncology
• Experience with procedure entry, insurance, and medical terminology preferred
• Maintenance of Dietetic/Nutritionists licensure and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Registration required; CSO preferred
• Must obtain LDN for the state of Florida before hire
