Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clinical programs, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Partnerships Manager will oversee implementation and performance management, ensuring effective integration of services while collaborating with various teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch, implementation, and optimization of clinical programs across markets and provider teams
• Establish KPIs and monitor program performance, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
• Serve as the operational point of contact for external partners, coordinating workflows and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include healthcare administration, public health, or business
• Four or more years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to establish KPIs and analyze performance data for operational improvements
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience in a healthcare-related environment, particularly with clinician-facing programs and care coordination
