Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who currently resides in Florida and holds a Florida Pharmacist license.
Key Responsibilities
- Review grievances/appeals and make determinations for drug products based on member benefits
- Develop clinical criteria for non-formulary medications and oversee drug utilization review programs
- Provide clinical guidance to pharmacy technicians and ensure quality controls in pharmacy practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy
- 3+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience or 1+ years of managed care pharmacy experience
- Florida Pharmacist license with no restrictions
- Clinical pharmacy experience in managed healthcare preferred
- Must reside in Florida
