Job Summary

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist License in Florida
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist
Familiarity with driving Part D Star measures
Experience using Salesforce preferred
