Providing medication therapy management and patient consultations, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes while working remotely with shift hours to be determined.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree required
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Florida
