Job Summary

To support patient health outcomes, the part-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, deliver consultations on medication use, and manage medication therapy services in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for medication reviews to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Deliver in-depth consultations on medication use, adhering to established clinical guidelines
• Accurately transcribe patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information into a web-based application

Required qualifications

• A valid professional license in the state of Florida
• At least 4 years of experience as a clinical medication therapy management professional
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology
• Clinical experience in conducting medication reviews
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
