Job Summary

Supporting Medicare Part D members, the remote Clinical Pharmacist Advisor will review pharmacy benefit requests, ensure accurate case processing, and maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines in a contract role lasting 48 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Medicare Part D appeals and pharmacy benefit requests for accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate clinical documentation and contact healthcare providers to obtain additional information as needed
• Document all case activity clearly and comply with CMS and internal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations
