Job Summary
To support a prominent healthcare organization, the part-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, provide consultations on medication therapy management, and ensure accurate data entry while working remotely on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews (CMR) through outbound calls to provide medication therapy management (MTM) services
- Deliver in-depth consultations on medication use, adhering to established clinical guidelines
- Manage a high volume of outbound phone calls, engaging with patients to discuss their medication needs
Required qualifications
- A valid Pharmacist License in Florida is required
- At least 4 years of experience as a clinical medication therapy management (MTM) pharmacist
- Familiarity with key performance indicators related to medication adherence and quality metrics in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated clinical experience in conducting thorough medication reviews
- Fluency in spoken, reading, and written English
