Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical reports, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical QA Supervisor will oversee the review process, manage QA staff, and act as a liaison between various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QA staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure timely and accurate file processing
• Ensure adherence to client-specific instructions and follow up with Physicians for outstanding reports
• Participate in issue resolution and act as a liaison regarding the status of files

Required qualifications

• RN licensure is required
• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Experience in medical peer review or the healthcare industry is required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential
