Florida Licensed Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

To advance clinical research initiatives, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Research Associate will manage site engagements, ensure compliance with trial protocols, and enhance data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing contextual information on clinical trials and strengthening partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies, utilizing insights and tools to improve recruitment and retention throughout the clinical trial process

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP Guidelines
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills
• Ability to leverage technology and critical thinking to address clinical site issues effectively
