Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Specialist - LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming home health orders for clinical appropriateness and compliance
• Document verbal orders and perform patient welcome calls for onboarding
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure timely patient care starts

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license with experience in home health intake or clinical review
• 2+ years of clinical experience in home health, intake, or care coordination
• Knowledge of Medicare COPs, CMS guidelines, and home health regulations
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
