Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Specialist - Baylor Weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming home health orders for clinical appropriateness and compliance
• Document verbal orders from physicians and perform patient welcome calls
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure timely patient starts of care

Qualifications

• Current LPN with experience in home health intake or clinical review
• 2+ years of clinical experience in home health, intake, or care coordination
• Knowledge of Medicare COPs, CMS guidelines, and home health regulations
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
