Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Specialist - LPN.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming home health orders for clinical appropriateness and compliance
Document verbal orders accurately and perform patient welcome calls for onboarding
Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and support timely patient starts of care

Qualifications

Current LPN with experience in home health intake or clinical review
2+ years of clinical experience in home health, intake, or care coordination
Knowledge of Medicare COPs, CMS guidelines, and home health regulations
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
