Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL) - Remote - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices
• Provide individual counseling and therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Participate in collaborative care team meetings and maintain required documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Licensure required in the state(s) practicing (FL LCSW)
• Prior experience providing psychotherapy to pediatric and adolescent patients
• Prior experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of illness and health
