Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver compassionate mental health care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to work in a private home office setting that meets HIPAA standards
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
