Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to create a private workspace for telehealth sessions
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
