Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage a caseload of clients, utilizing technology to deliver compassionate mental health care remotely while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and communication tools
