Florida Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community, offering mentorship and guidance while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Associate Therapists as they accumulate clinical hours for full licensure
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines in treatment planning and documentation
• Collaborate with administrative support to focus on developing the next generation of therapists

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or LMHC
• Valid LCSW or LMHC license in good standing in Florida
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Medicaid treatment planning
