Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote contract Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists, providing guidance and mentorship as they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Associate Therapists as they work towards full licensure
- Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Provide flexible supervision while managing administrative logistics to focus on therapist development
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or LMHC
- Valid LCSW or LMHC license in good standing in Florida
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
