Job Summary
To support the growth of Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare, the contract Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Florida will provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure while delivering telehealth services remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise associate-level clinicians according to professional judgment and board requirements
- Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize digital tools and EHR systems to maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW - QS license in good standing in Florida with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Experience with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
