Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer, Clinical Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop clinical training programs for staff across the enterprise
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, ensuring an effective learning environment
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve staff performance
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program and an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in case, disease or utilization management, or related settings
- One year of training delivery and/or development experience, including adult learning concepts
- Experience with applicable state and federal regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
