Job Summary

To enhance clinical training initiatives, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Trainer will develop, implement, and deliver training programs for clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and improving quality and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to design training content and assess training needs
• Leads training sessions, adapting content to meet the skill levels and backgrounds of trainees
• Evaluates training effectiveness and provides feedback to enhance staff performance

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in care management or a clinical delivery setting, with 1 year in training delivery or development
• Completion of an accredited nursing program or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to clinical practices
• Strong training capabilities and customer service acumen
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
