Job Summary

A company is looking for a FL Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LPC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients within assigned Care Pods
• Coordinates behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitors patient symptoms and treatment adherence
• Documents patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records and participates in case consultations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Florida as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician
• A secure, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and cloud-based systems
