Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of loan closings, ensuring compliance with underwriting contingencies
• Assist in managing loan closing associates and maintain high customer service standards
• Develop and implement systems for tracking closing dates and managing funding volume

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of funding and processing experience, including conventional and government loans
• Strong computer skills with experience in mortgage software and proficiency in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of preliminary title report endorsements and related issues
• Experience in producing post-closing audit packages and maintaining quality control guidelines
• Ability to create a positive customer service atmosphere within the funding department
