Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Florida Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain compliance while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism while negotiating payment terms
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and compliance standards
• Document interactions accurately and ensure adherence to legal compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• Ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Experience navigating multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Reliability and punctuality in adhering to a structured work schedule
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and consumer information
