Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Florida Licensed Collections Specialist will manage client accounts, assist with account resolution, and handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients' customers with inquiries and concerns while maintaining accurate records
• Encourage payment in full and establish payment arrangements through effective communication
• Meet individual productivity and performance standards while documenting all interactions in the collection system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
