Florida Licensed Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Florida Licensed Collections Specialist will manage account inquiries, improve collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions in the collection system
• Encourage payment in full on accounts and address consumer inquiries promptly

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a quiet, private workspace with a reliable internet connection
