Job Summary

Detail-oriented and solution-driven, the full-time Florida Licensed Collections Specialist will work remotely to address client inquiries, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while meeting performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and accurately record client information

Required qualifications
