Job Summary

To support the appraisal review process, the full-time Florida Licensed Commercial Appraisal Officer will facilitate the request and review of commercial real estate valuations remotely, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while potentially serving as a voting member of the Executive Loan Committee.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the administrative tasks driving the commercial real estate appraisal process
• Ensure appraisal reports are complete, accurate, and adhere to sound appraisal methodology
• Mediates issues between stakeholders and valuation vendors to maintain independence and impartiality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years' experience appraising commercial properties in Florida
• State Certified General Appraiser License
• Knowledge of local market trends and national real estate developments
• Familiarity with appraisal management platforms is preferred
