Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Commercial Auto Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve Commercial Property Damage claims remotely, focusing on fleet and commercial risks while ensuring timely and compliant outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate property damage claims, including liability and coverage assessments
- Negotiate settlements and maintain appropriate reserves while communicating with insureds, claimants, and vendors
- Ensure quality documentation and compliance throughout the claims handling process
Required qualifications
- Active Florida Adjuster License required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Auto Property Damage claims handling
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience handling claims for commercial vehicles up to 25,000 lbs. and 1-10 vehicle fleets
- Strong reserving knowledge is essential
