Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Transportation (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
- Direct daily activities of the account management team and handle customer service requests, policy administration, and claims
- Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and manage policy expirations and renewals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Required active Property & Casualty licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
