Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
• Manage new and renewal accounts, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and recommending tailored coverage options
• Drive business growth through cross-selling additional policies and developing actionable plans for client retention

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles
• High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• Florida 2-20 Insurance License required
• Preferred experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines account management
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, including coverages and underwriting principles
