Key Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation, including document discovery, pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings
• Conduct depositions and status conferences, and argue motions in state and federal courts
• Collaborate with clients to meet and exceed their legal needs and expectations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm is a plus
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
