Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and examine commercial title records, creating accurate title commitments and reports

  • Prepare final title products and assist in resolving moderately complex title issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of Title Industry experience
  • Knowledge of real property law, title insurance practices, and legal descriptions
  • Ability to operate under time constraints and produce accurate reports
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and maintain reliable attendance
