Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner-FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth title searches to determine property ownership and encumbrances
• Examine title documentation for various commercial properties and analyze recorded documents
• Prepare title commitments and reports while communicating with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in title examination focusing on commercial real estate
• Proficient knowledge of property legal descriptions and chain of title analysis
• Familiarity with ALTA title standards and state-specific regulations
• Experience with title production software such as SoftPro or RamQuest
• Experience working with national underwriters and large commercial transactions
