Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine commercial title records, creating accurate title commitments and reports
• Verify property and tax information, ensuring all necessary documents are included in search packages
• Examine documents in the chain of title for validity and prepare final title products

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of title industry experience
• Knowledge of real property law and title insurance practices
• Ability to operate effectively under time constraints and produce accurate reports
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with all levels of management and clients
