Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine titles and the chain of title for various commercial and residential properties
• Abstract and analyze public records, including leases, liens, and easements
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Specialized training in word processing software and databases is desirable
• Minimum of five years' experience in the title industry, including commercial search experience
• Knowledge of Florida Commercial Real Estate/Title Insurance
• Familiarity with title searching software preferred
