Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner who will search and examine commercial title records and create accurate title commitments and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine commercial title records to create accurate title commitments and reports
• Verify property and tax information, maps, and additional documents for customer packages
• Review and interpret documents in the chain of title and prepare final title products

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Title Industry
• Knowledge of real property computer database programs and title insurance practices
• Understanding of legal descriptions and real property law
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints
• Familiarity with mapping techniques for accurate search parameters
