Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Association Manager / Florida Licensed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management and leadership for daily operations of community associations
  • Consult with the Board of Directors and facilitate solutions to community issues
  • Oversee vendor management, budget development, and ensure compliance with community documents
Required Qualifications
  • MUST have a Florida CAM license
  • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
  • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing community operations and fostering resident relationships
