Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Association Manager / Florida Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and leadership for daily operations of community associations
- Consult with the Board of Directors and facilitate solutions to community issues
- Oversee vendor management, budget development, and ensure compliance with community documents
Required Qualifications
- MUST have a Florida CAM license
- Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing community operations and fostering resident relationships
