Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Association Manager - HOA Licensed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and provide professional services to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to facilitate solutions, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budget development and financial maintenance
  • Conduct meetings, provide regular updates, and build positive relationships with residents to enhance community services


Qualifications
  • Florida state community association manager license required
  • Associate or higher degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required
  • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
