Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Association Manager / Florida Licensed (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to the Board and provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the budget, ensuring compliance with community documents and financial accuracy
• Conduct community inspections and provide updates to the Board regarding ongoing activities and resident concerns

Required Qualifications

• Florida Community Association Manager License
• Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to community management
• Experience in budget development and financial oversight
• Ability to lead meetings and provide training to the Board
• Experience in vendor management and contract oversight
