Job Summary

Overseeing community association operations, the full-time salaried Director of Community Association Management will provide leadership and mentorship to management teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with boards and homeowners, while working remotely from Central or Southern Florida.

Key responsibilities
  • Directly supervise CAMS, ACAMS, and support staff, providing assistance and training as needed
  • Develop and lead client retention strategies and ensure high standards of financial and operational performance
  • Review and approve management reports, budgets, and meeting packets, ensuring compliance with company standards
Required qualifications
  • Florida Licensed Community Manager certification
  • Proven experience in community association management and staff supervision
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial management within community associations
  • Ability to develop and implement client retention strategies
  • Knowledge of state statutes and community governance documents
