Job Summary
To support community associations, the full-time Florida Licensed Community Manager will provide administrative and managerial advice to the Board, oversee vendor management, and ensure compliance with community documents while working remotely from Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with the Board professionally and provide weekly updates on ongoing community matters
- Manage vendor relationships, including the bid process and contract oversight
- Develop and submit accurate annual budgets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and community goals
Required qualifications
- Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
- Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to community management
- Experience in budget development and financial oversight
- Ability to run Board meetings and create management reports
- Strong understanding of vendor management processes
